Member Agreement

The member agreement will establish the relationship between each member and Self Equity USA in plain, reviewable terms.

Proposed agreement subjects

• Member name, member identifier, and approved contact address.
• Purpose and scope of association membership.
• Member rights, voting or participation rights, and access to resources.
• Member responsibilities and standards of conduct.
• Rules governing data collection, permitted use, retention, and disclosure.
• Intellectual-property and attribution terms for contributed work.
• Fees, contributions, compensation, or benefit-sharing where applicable.
• Security, account access, suspension, withdrawal, and termination.
• Dispute resolution, governing law, notices, and amendment procedures.

Signature structure under consideration

The proposed signature block will identify Self Equity USA through its authorized representative and identify the member through the chosen member name and approved member address, while preserving any confidential legal verification required for enforceability or compliance.

The final agreement should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public enrollment begins.
